AUTISM MUM 7 DAY RESET PART II: More Resources, Email accountability, Free Meal Plan and MORE!

I have done the 7 Day RESET for 21 days and wanted to share some REAL and PRACTICAL struggles that I FACED — and how I overcame them.

Now onto MY REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE:


Day 1 was actually a rushed “night-before-day-1” decision! At 7 PM on night ZERO, I decided to do this — so I wasn’t PREPARED well enough. My fridge was STOCKED with my FAVOURITE DESSERTS!!!

Every time I opened the door, I was super tempted. And in full transparency, I finished all of them — one per night — as a DRY RUN before the main 7 days.
The first seven days I took as a test run, following a new detox step every day until I was well-versed in what to cook, prepare, and keep on hand.


LESSON: When you start a protocol without a full plan, you LENGTHEN the duration by plotting mines like the one I mentioned. Thinking and preparing in ADVANCE saves decision fatigue and ensures you are NOT FALLING short.


Week 2 — I finished all the TREATS and therefore had NOTHING in my pantry or fridge to tempt me. I then ensured I was SUPER HYDRATED, and I used all 4 detox steps mentioned in the PDF (GET THAT HERE), plus the EMAIL NURTURE from me with more details.

I made sure I had HIGH-PROTEIN, NO-SUGAR, NO SEED OIL, DAIRY-FREE and GLUTEN-FREE options available.

LESSONS LEARNED:

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar is your best friend to curb cravings and improve PROTEIN DIGESTION, which helps you stay fuller and reduces cravings!! Works for your kids too!
  2. Clean up the PANTRY and REFRIGERATOR — remove processed, ready-made “food” often filled with grains, sugar, chemicals, etc.
  3. SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS by allowing weakness to pass through and not guilting or shaming yourself into oblivion.
  4. SUPPLEMENTS can help TEMPORARILY to boost momentum, but they can NEVER replace a GOOD diet and a STRESS-MINIMISED lifestyle! I SWEAR!
  5. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
  6. Sleep, sleep, sleeeep!
  7. Have REGULAR intimacy with your husband!! IMPORTANT for mood, preventing adult meltdowns, and hormone health!!


Some IMPORTANT DIET, HABITS & SUPPLEMENTS to make time & investment for:

  1. Elemental IRON DAILY: Non-negotiable. I love LIPOSOMAL FERROSOME for its efficiency.
  2. DANDELION root tea for liver detox. Add celery-beet-carrot juice to boost liver performance. Both can be taken DAILY.

  4. ACV + lemon + Celtic/Himalayan salt in warm water before breakfast.
